Northeast Challenge Spot Drawing – Team Roster Submission

Teams interested in competing in the 2026 NE Challenge must submit a team roster for the slot drawing. Rosters MUST contain at least 4 members to be put in drawing.

Only one entry per team is allowed.

If individual players from your team submit separate entries, those entries will be removed. This is a team-based drawing.

Masters, Jack & Jill, Triple Play, Senior Doubles & Ladies Spots can also only have 1 spot in drawing per team.

Note: If your team is drawn for the 8-Ball slot, your entry will be removed from the 9-Ball drawing to ensure fairness to all teams.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION ON EACH EVENT BEFORE YOU PUT IN A TEAM ENTRY.

PLAYERS FOR EACH EVENT must be on an active 2026 Summer Session team in the format they are playing. Masters players can be on a Masters, 8-Ball or 9-Ball team. All Players must have 20 scores in the format they are shooting - Masters players scores can be combined between 8 & 9-Ball or 10 Masters League scores.
